Our 38.7 mm weld spacing slug holds tabs and brackets apart during welding. Use it for shock mounts and other fabricated assemblies that require this setup spacing.
Machined from 6061 aluminum, it has a 1.25" outside diameter and a 14 mm nominal through-bore. The bore is machined to 14.05 mm ±0.08 mm.
