Provide your legal business context, primary contact, United States physical location, website, and the channels where AVID products would be offered.

02 / EVIDENCE

Qualification documents

Prepare a business license, resale or tax certificate, and two to six current photos of your permanent location or workspace.

03 / AGREEMENT

Review before signing

Read the current agreement and sign as an authorized representative. Dealer pricing is private and assigned only after approval.
