1.25" Weld Spacing Slug, 1.26" Wide, 6061 Aluminum | AVID Racing

Our reusable weld spacing slug holds tabs, brackets, and other fabricated assemblies apart during welding wherever a finished 1.25" spread is required. Its 1.26" nominal width provides 0.010" of extra spacing to allow for welding shrinkage.

Machined from 6061 aluminum, this slug features a 1" nominal outside diameter and a 5/8" nominal through-bore. Use it for shock mounts or any other fabrication work requiring the same finished spacing.
