Kit Includes
- Master Cylinder - 5 pieces
This titanium hardware kit replaces the factory brake reservoir and master cylinder hardware on the 2021-2026 Polaris RZR Pro R family. The 5-piece kit includes the mounting hardware and titanium banjo bolt shown in the controlled BOM. It uses Ti-6Al-4V titanium hardware for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant upgrade. Our hardware is shanked for the proper fitment of the application stated in this listing, but it is not guaranteed to be identical in length to the original factory hardware.
This kit is grouped by installation location for a clean and straightforward replacement of the stated factory-compatible setup. If your machine uses custom or aftermarket brake components that differ from the factory setup, leave a note in the product page note box before adding the kit to your cart with the details. We will do our best to adjust the hardware needed to work with your setup.
Use anti seize on the shank where applicable, and use blue lock tite on the threads where applicable. Proper torque is critical. Always verify the complete hardware stack and the manufacturer-required torque specification before installation, as clamping force is application specific.
