We put this kit together for Yamaha YXZ1000R owners running the AVID YX3 inner radius rod pivot who want the required hardware grouped in one package. The 18-piece kit uses Ti-6Al-4V titanium for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant upgrade, with hardware selected for this application. Bolt lengths are not guaranteed to match other factory or aftermarket setups.
The hardware is grouped by installation location to keep the job organized. This is not a factory-replacement kit. If your setup differs from the named application, add the details in the product page note box before adding the kit to your cart. We will do our best to confirm or adjust the bolt lengths for your setup.
Use anti seize on the shank where applicable, and use blue lock tite on the threads where applicable. Proper torque is critical. Always verify the complete hardware stack and the manufacturer-required torque specification before installation, as clamping force is application specific.
