This AVID titanium hardware kit replaces all major cage fasteners on the Yamaha YXZ1000 that retain factory-style cage mounting points. It upgrades the OEM steel bolts and nuts with lightweight, corrosion-resistant titanium hardware engineered for long-term durability and clean, premium appearance.
Each fastener is CNC machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium for consistent fitment and improved resistance to rust, galling, and long-term wear—ideal for riders who want a reliable and maintenance-friendly upgrade without modifying the stock cage layout.
For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all pivot locations and blue lock tite on the threads to help protect the threads during installation and removal.
