Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
30-Day Returns (Standard)
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including all hardware, components, and documentation).
- All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before anything is sent back.
- Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility on all returns.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns After 30 Days
After 30 days, returns are accepted only at AVID Racing’s discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the item and condition.
Built-to-Order & Anodized Items
Any part that is anodized or built-to-order (including suspension kits) may not be eligible for return. If approved, these items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the item.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email Sales@avidrace.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Once approved, we will provide RMA instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
