This AVID titanium hardware kit is a performance upgrade for the Yamaha YXZ1000 rear suspension pivot system. It replaces the heavy factory steel hardware with precision made, lightweight, corrosion resistant titanium fasteners for improved durability and long-term reliability in harsh off-road conditions.
Each fastener is CNC-machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium for consistent quality and proper fitment at every suspension pivot point. This kit reduces weight, improves corrosion resistance, and provides a clean, long-lasting hardware solution for YXZ1000 rear suspension assemblies.
For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all pivot locations and blue lock tite on the threads to protect the threads during installation and removal.
