Important Fitment Notice: This kit is designed for the factory radius rod installation without a billet radius rod plate installed that requires additional spacing. If you are adding an aftermarket billet radius rod plate and need longer bolts to make up for the added plate thickness, use the AVID-TIKIT39 kit instead.

This titanium hardware kit replaces the factory hardware for the Can-Am Maverick R radius rod and inner toe link locations. It uses Ti-6Al-4V titanium hardware for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant upgrade. Our hardware is shanked for the proper fitment of the application stated in this listing, but it is not guaranteed to be identical in length to the original factory hardware.

This kit is grouped by installation location for a clean and straightforward replacement of the stated factory-compatible setup. If you are using custom or aftermarket arms, brackets, or any other parts that are not exactly as stated for this listing, please leave a note in the product page note box before adding the item to your cart with the details of the parts you are using. We will do our best to adjust the bolt lengths needed to work with your setup.

Use anti seize on the shank where applicable, and use blue lock tite on the threads where applicable. Proper torque is critical. Always verify the complete hardware stack and the manufacturer-required torque specification before installation, as clamping force is application specific.
