Elite Pro R LT80" Front Baja Kit

Introducing the Pro R 80" Baja Kit, a game-changer for Polaris RZR Pro R from AVID Racing's Elite Line. This is the first complete performance suspension kit built for the Pro R. After countless hours of testing and perfecting, with thousands of miles in Baja races, we now bring you the full Bolt-On version of our race kit. Geometry has been completely changed to our perfected specs compiled from years of racing.

The AVID difference is setting out to perfect the geometry and create a bullet proof set up, not just make a nicer version factory replacement. Starting off with the biggest difference, we widened to 80” to allow the most stable stance possible out of the ProR. KPI has been adjusted to help correct scrub. Bump steer has been brought down to about an 1/8”, making it virtually gone. Caster will have a base center point of +7° but will have an ability to adjust +/- 4° to change to your personal preference. All ball joints have been replaced with 1” vertically mounted uniballs and installed in a new billet 7075 spindle with true double shear (Chromoly version available per request). Front shocks have been modified and relocated to eliminate the weak lower clevis and shock shaft. All of this tied together with chromoly plate and TIG welded right here in the USA!

Not Included (Options Available):

• Axles - our current options are replacing the shaft with factory CV's, Replacing the entire assembly with Deamon axles, Or replacing the entire assembly with Turner Axles.
• Brake Lines - Front brake lines can be reused (calipers will need to be switched left to right). Replacement Brake Line packages available.
• Shock Shaft - We have corrected the infamous shock clevis problem. Factory shocks are made with a 5/8" thread that is known to break and highly recommended to replace. We have made our own replacement shaft that upgraded to a 7/8" thread and adapts to a standard ADS eyelet. We have a close partnered shock tuner, Shock Talk. As shocks should be re-sprung and valved for the changes, we highly recommend working with them to complete your shock changes. Second option is Shock Talk has built a complete Multi-Bypass ADS shock package for the ultimate topper. If you choose to not replace the shaft or shocks, a 5/8" fox eyelet can be purchased and adapted to your factory shocks to work with minimal work (Not recommended)
• Limit Straps - AVID has created a 7075 Billet bolt on limit strap bracket that will line up perfectly to the limit strap tab pre-installed on the lower arms. Limit straps are not required if using the factory shocks but always highly recommended to extend the life of all parts.
• Wheels - We have designed our KPI around the offset for ZRP Forged wheels and recommend pairing these with 35" tires to keep the perfect geometry.
