Polaris RZR Pro R LT80 Dual Shock Rear Baja Suspension Kit | AVID Racing
We built our Pro R LT80 Dual Shock Rear Baja Kit for high-speed desert use, with an 80-inch rear suspension layout, corrected geometry and trailing arms equipped with dual shock tabs.
The LT80 geometry reduces wheel scrub and uses a relocated shock position with a progressive leverage curve to improve damping control through the suspension's travel. The dual shock tabs provide the trailing-arm mounting points for a dual rear shock setup.
Our LT80 rear suspension platform was developed through Baja testing and competition, with a focus on how the Pro R tracks through rough terrain, transitions and full droop.
We build the trailing arms from 4130 chromoly plate and precision TIG weld them. Billet rear caps and double-shear frame mounting are part of the rear assembly.

Required Add-Ons
The LT80 rear conversion requires matching axles, radius rods and toe-link geometry. Our matching toe-link kit is required for proper LT80 geometry correction. It uses 7075 billet construction, a stainless clevis and fine adjustment.
The rear shock tower and shocks are purchased separately. Use the specified factory brake-line modification or matching extended brake lines, and verify the shock-shaft or eyelet configuration before installation.
