Constructed from TIG-welded 4130 chromoly, this kit features double shear pivot points throughout the front suspension, significantly increasing strength and eliminating common failure points. The system utilizes 3/4” heim jointsfor adjustability and secure chassis mounting, while relocated shock mounting positions improve suspension motion ratio and damping performance. Paired with 7075 billet race spindles and 7/8” uniballs, this setup delivers precise steering response and consistent performance in aggressive terrain.
Designed for serious builds, this system requires fabrication and professional installation. The AVID Elite 77” front system is ideal for dune, desert, and race-focused YXZ platforms looking for proven performance and long-term reliability.
