Built from the foundation of our proven 80" Baja program, the XC system is designed for cross-country versatility — excelling in rocks, desert, sand, and aggressive trail conditions.

This is not a modified factory-style setup.
It’s a fully integrated rear suspension system that eliminates weak points and redefines how the Pro R puts power to the ground.

Why No Toe Link?

By eliminating the toe link and rear knuckle, the XC system reduces complexity and increases durability.

Rear toe is set to 0° at ride height, and will naturally vary through suspension travel — a tradeoff that prioritizes strength, predictability, and reliability under load.

Fitment & Setup Notes

• Does not use factory rear suspension geometry
• AVID geometry targets ~3.5" ground clearance at full bump with 35” tires (Hole #1)
• Secondary mounting position available for increased clearance or smaller tires
• Straight radius rods required when using upper shock position (Hole #2)
• High clearance rods may contact at full droop in hole #2
• Changing shock length from our spec may negatively affect geometry, increasing wheel scrub and reducing built-in stability.
