Polaris Pro R SC Light Weight Front Control Arm Kit

The AVID Racing Pro R SC Light Weight Front Control Arm Kit is our stock-width, race-focused front suspension package for the Polaris RZR Pro R. Based off our proven XC geometry and trimmed for weight, the SC kit is built for short-course, drag racing, and drivers who want the quickest steering response without stepping up to a full LT80 package.

Designed with corrected geometry, 3/4" vertically mounted uniballs, billet 7075 uprights, and titanium hardware, this is the lightest way to get true race handling out of a stock-width Pro R.

What We Changed and Why

• KPI & Scrub: KPI has been adjusted to create a proper scrub radius, improving steering feel and front-end bite without adding unwanted feedback.
• Bump Steer: Reduced to less than 1/8", making it virtually gone compared to the factory HD tie rod setup (which exceeds 2"). This keeps the car straight and predictable through the travel.
• Caster: Set to a base of +8°, providing high-speed stability, natural self-centering, and confidence on landings and in rough terrain.
• Uniballs vs. Ball Joints: All factory ball joints are replaced with 3/4" vertically mounted uniballs for increased strength and smoother articulation.
• Billet 7075 Spindles: New billet uprights feature true double shear mounting for maximum durability under race loads.
• Shock & Tab Layout: Front shocks are modified and relocated to eliminate the weak lower clevis and shock shaft. Limit strap and brake tabs are preinstalled, simplifying setup.
• Construction: Arms are fabricated from 4130 chromoly plate and TIG welded in-house in the USA, paired with titanium hardware to keep weight to a minimum.
