Polaris RZR Pro R Outlaw Series 64-Inch Chromoly Front Control Arm Kit
We built our Outlaw Series 64-inch front control arm kit for Pro R drag racing, pairing chromoly upper and lower control arms with lightweight modular knuckles, 7075-T6 aluminum rod ends, and a full titanium hardware kit.
This 64-inch kit narrows the front suspension 5 inches per side from factory. It converts the front suspension to an 8-inch air shock mounted on the front upper control arm (UCA), eliminating the factory front shock.
Our chromoly control arms use titanium pivot crush sleeves and titanium mounting hardware. We include the uniballs, misalignments, bushings, and billet brake line clamps with the kit.
Construction and Fit
- 64-inch configuration, narrowed 5 inches per side from factory.
- 8-inch air shock conversion with the shock mounted on the front upper control arm.
- Eliminates the factory front shock.
- Chromoly upper and lower front control arms in our Outlaw Series.
- Lightweight modular knuckles and 7075-T6 aluminum rod ends.
- Titanium pivot crush sleeves and mounting hardware.
- Fits all Polaris RZR Pro R model years and configurations, including two-seat and four-seat models.
