Introducing the Pro R 80" Baja Kit, a game–changer for Polaris RZR Pro R from AVID Racing’s Elite Line. This is the first complete performance suspension kit built for the Pro R. After countless hours of testing and perfecting, with thousands of miles in Baja races, we now bring you the full Bolt–On version of our race kit. Geometry has been completely changed to our perfected specs compiled from years of racing.

The AVID difference is setting out to perfect the geometry and create a bullet-proof setup, not just make a nicer version factory replacement. Starting off with the biggest difference, we widened to 80" to allow the most stable stance possible out of the ProR. The rear has been corrected to have proper camber through the full cycle to correct the instability issue known in the Pro R during transitions, or when the suspension is drooping. We have added a light progressive toe to help drive you straight at high speeds when reaching bump and giving you the stability feeling of a full size car. The rear shocks have also been relocated back on the frame to make for a better shock angle and cycle ratios. We utilized as many mounting points as possible and designed a Chromoly radius rod plate that mounts directly to the frame to act as a double shear and prevent deflection. The RR plate has 6 additional mounting points on top of the factory 4 bolts used on the RR pivot. All of this tied together with chromoly plate and TIG welded right here in the USA!

Not Included (Options Available):

• Axles – Summer Brothers Replacement shaft with factory CV’s, Deamon axles (complete assembly).
• Brake Lines – Front lines can be reused; rear lines require modification. Replacement packages available.
• Radius Rod Plate – Recommend our 7075 billet or Chromoly race plate. Stronger, allows double shear mounting.
• Radius Rod Kit – Choice of solid 7075 billet or Chromoly tube version. Geometry requires different than stock rods.
• Toe Link Kit – 7075 billet with 304 stainless clevis and fine-tune toe adjuster. Longer than factory; ensures proper fitment with LT80 geometry.
• Shock Shaft – Upgrade to 7/8" thread with ADS eyelet. Options for full ADS package or 5/8" fox eyelet retrofit.
• Wheels – Designed to use stock offset for correct scrub radius; recommend 35" tires for ideal geometry.

Covered by AVID Racing’s Lifetime Warranty, including coverage against bending under normal use, as well as workmanship and manufacturing defects.
