This AVID titanium hardware kit is a performance upgrade for the front suspension on the Can-Am Maverick R when using the AVID Race Front Suspension Kit. It replaces the heavy factory steel hardware with precision made, lightweight, corrosion resistant titanium fasteners for improved durability and long-term reliability in aggressive off-road and racing use.

Kit Includes

• (2) Titanium pieces for the tie rod outer mounts
• (8) Titanium pieces for the front wheel bearing mounts
• (2) Titanium pieces for the lower control arm outer mounts
• (2) Titanium pieces for the upper control arm outer mounts
• (4) Titanium pieces for the brake caliper mounts
• (6) Titanium pieces for additional race-specific front end mounting locations

Each fastener is CNC-machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium for consistent quality and proper fitment at each race front suspension mounting point. This kit reduces weight, improves corrosion resistance, and provides a premium hardware solution for Maverick R race chassis setups.

Note: This kit is designed as a direct hardware replacement pack for the AVID Maverick R Race Front Suspension Kit. Some hardware included may not be compatible with other manufacturers’ suspension systems.

For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all pivot locations and blue lock tite on the threads to protect the threads during installation and removal.
