Elite Pro R 80" Complete Baja Kit

Introducing the Pro R 80" Baja Kit, a game-changer for RZR Pro R from AVID Racing's Elite Line. This kit will take RZR to an unmatched level, giving you the top advantage against all the competition. After countless hours of testing and perfecting, with thousands of miles in Baja races, we now bring you the full Bolt-On version of our race kit. Geometry has been completely changed to our perfected specs compiled from years of racing.

The AVID difference is we set out to perfect the geometry and create a bullet proof set up. Starting off with the biggest difference, we widened to 80” to allow the most stable stance possible out of the ProR. Front shocks have been relocated to eliminate the weak clevis. We have designed our own shock shaft and eyelet to change the factory 5/8 threads to the correct 7/8 thread a 3.0 Fox Shock should have. KPI has been adjusted to help correct scrub. Bump steer has been brought down to about an 1/8”, making it virtually gone. Caster will have a base center point of +7° but will have an ability to adjust +/- 4° to change to your personal preference. All ball joints have been replaced with 1” uniballs and installed in a new billet 7075 spindle with true double shear. The rear has been corrected to have proper camber through the full cycle to correct the instability issue know in the Pro R during transitions, or when the suspension is drooping. We have added a light progressive toe to help drive you straight at high speeds when reaching bump. The rear shocks have also been relocated back on the frame to make for a better shock angle. We utilized as many mounting points as possible and designed a Chromoly radius rod plate that mounts directly to the frame to act as a double shear and prevent deflection. The RR plate has 6 additional mounting points on top of the factory 4 bolts used on the RR pivot.

Not Included (Options Above):

• Axles - our current option is replacing the shaft with factory CV's. Deamon axles are currently working to produce complete replacements but will not be available until a future time. 
• Brake Lines - Front brake lines can be reused (calipers will need to be switched left to right). Rear brake lines will work, but the hard line at the end of the trailing arm will need to be modified to adapt to the new shape.
• Radius Rod Plate - We recommend using our 20mm thick, 7075 billet plate, but there are options. The chromoly plate will be stronger and allow for a "double shear" style mounting to the frame, as well as can have the cage welded directly to it for further support. Lastly, our kit will adapt to any other plate, including stock, if you choose.
• Shock Shaft - We have corrected the infamous shock clevis problem. Factory shocks are made with a 5/8" thread that is known to break and highly recommended to replace. We have made our own replacement shaft that upgraded to a 7/8" thread and adapts to a standard Fox/ADS eyelet. As this is a new release, we currently only offer this if installed by our partnered shock tuner, Shock Talk. As shocks will need to be re-sprung and valved for the changes, we highly recommend working with them to complete your shock changes. Second option is Shock Talk has built a complete Multi-Bypass ADS shock package for the ultimate topper. With ADS shocks, you will outrun anyone in your way. If you choose to not replace the shaft or shocks, a 5/8" fox eyelet can be purchased and adapted to your factory shocks to work.
• Wheels - We have designed our KPI around the offset or ZRP Forged wheels and recommend pairing these with 35" tires to keep the perfect geometry.
